REQUIREMENTS: Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communication, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in Change Management, Communication, Culture, or People Management roles. Knowledge of data and AI tools — user level (desirable). Experience with change frameworks and methodologies, agility, and design thinking. Great positive energy!! RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage assigned workstreams in Change Management and Organizational Transformation projects, ensuring execution and follow-up. Develop stakeholder, impact, risk, and change needs analyses to define intervention actions. Manage implementation of communication, training, engagement, and stakeholder mobilization initiatives. Prepare and structure consulting deliverables, transforming information and findings into clear recommendations for the client.
