Huarcaya Group is looking for talent! **PAYROLL ANALYST** At **Huarcaya Group**, a Peruvian company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of furniture for corporate, commercial, hospital, and educational projects, we are seeking a **Payroll Analyst** to join our Human Resources team. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar positions. * Experience in payroll preparation and administration. * **Knowledge of payroll systems under the General Regime, MYPE, and Civil Construction.** * Proficiency in **T-Registro, PLAME, AFP Net, PDT, ESSALUD, and Fifth Category income tax calculation.** * Experience calculating social benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacations, severance payments, and profit-sharing. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Prior experience in industrial, construction, or related sectors is desirable. Responsibilities * Process monthly payroll for administrative, operational, and civil construction personnel. * Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, withholdings, and social benefits. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and updates in T-Registro. * Administer attendance control, vacations, leaves, and medical absences. * Prepare social benefits settlement documents. * Generate payroll-related reports and metrics. * Provide assistance and support to employees regarding payroll inquiries. * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation.
