REQUIREMENTS: Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, Culture, or People Management roles. Familiarity with data tools and AI — user level (desirable). Experience with change frameworks and methodologies, agility, and design thinking. Great positive energy!! RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Change Management fronts in transformation projects, ensuring results, quality, and commitment fulfillment. Design change strategies and plans that integrate stakeholders, impacts, communications, training, leadership, and adoption. Manage impacts, risks, resistance, and organizational readiness, defining actions to accelerate change adoption. Manage relationships with sponsors, leaders, and key stakeholder groups, generating alignment and commitment to the transformation. Structure and ensure the quality of deliverables and recommendations, coordinating work with junior consultants.
