Position Summary: Coordinate and manage customs clearance processes, including receiving instructions, container booking, tracking, and customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Book containers with freight agencies and confirm container loading locations. Respond to customers' technical inquiries; when uncertain about any topic, consult the department head or General Manager. Prepare proforma invoices for clearances and coordinate customer payments; for orders received via C\&B, request payment through that company's remote SINTAD system. Maintain an updated daily planning schedule. Send status updates to customers within their required timeframe and format. Submit management indicators to customers. Request transportation, storage, crane, and forklift services (when required by the customer) from vendors. Coordinate with the Clearance Manager regarding physical inspections, SENASA inspections, and any additional communication with warehouses. Enter appropriate annotations into the system for clearance tracking. Monitor deadlines for regularization of advance and urgent clearances. Track progress with DAM until release is obtained. **Requirements:** Technical or university graduate in International Trade, International Business, or related fields. Experience in customs brokerage, international trade, or similar companies.
