Job Summary: Advise customers and build trust-based relationships to achieve field sales targets in the retail sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and acquire new customers with purchasing potential. 2. Build trust-based relationships with customers. 3. Provide advice on products, prices, and promotions. FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE\- CALLAO RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify and acquire new customers with purchasing potential within the assigned area. * Conduct in-person visits to portfolio customers at their businesses. * Advise customers on our products, prices, and promotions. * Develop trust-based relationships to maintain and increase average transaction value. * Achieve monthly sales, visit, and customer acquisition targets. * Maintain customer contact through visits and phone calls. * Report progress and results to the store and commercial team. REQUIREMENTS: * Willingness to perform fieldwork and visit customers. * Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse customer types. * Motivation to work with targets and earn commissions. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales, pre-sales, customer service, or mass consumer goods sales (preferred but not mandatory).** BENEFITS: * **Compensation:** Fixed salary of S/1,130 \+ transportation allowance \+ commissions up to S/1,350\. * **Full payroll registration:** Enrollment in the general labor regime from day one. * **Statutory benefits:** CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), bonuses, vacation, and profit-sharing. * **Timely payments:** Biweekly and month-end payroll. * **Discounts:** Purchases at Wong and Metro for the employee and one family member.
