Job Summary: A legal professional with experience in corporate law and investment funds, responsible for structuring and providing legal support for operations and corporate documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the structuring and liquidation of investment funds. 2. Drafting and review of legal and contractual documents. 3. Comprehensive legal support for corporate and regulatory operations. **Requirements** * Professional law degree. * Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in corporate, commercial, administrative, and/or capital markets law. * Minimum six (6) months of experience in matters related to investment funds. * Knowledge of drafting corporate documents and reviewing civil, commercial, and corporate contracts. * Strong analytical and legal writing skills. **Responsibilities** * Participate in the structuring, amendment, operation, and liquidation of private-placement investment funds. * Draft and review legal documents related to the Company, the funds under its management, and their investors. * Prepare minutes of General Shareholders' Meetings, Board of Directors' sessions, General Participants' Assemblies, Supervisory Committees, Investment Committees, and other bodies. * Draft and review civil, commercial, and corporate contracts, including service agreements, trusts, guarantees, and other agreements related to the Company’s and managed funds’ operations. * Prepare letters, legal reports, responses, and other communications addressed to clients, investors, authorities, financial institutions, credit rating agencies, auditors, and third parties. * Provide legal support for corporate, commercial, contractual, and regulatory operations. * Monitor implementation of resolutions adopted by corporate bodies and fund bodies. * Maintain up-to-date and organized archives of the Company’s and managed funds’ legal and contractual documents. * Monitor applicable regulations and support updating policies, procedures, and legal documents. * Perform other duties assigned by the Legal Department Head, General Management, or Corporate Legal Management. **Working Conditions:** * Formal employment from day one. * Labor benefits in accordance with applicable law. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Work modality: On-site.
