Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations and Logistics Assistant to coordinate pickups, deliveries, order tracking, and provide administrative and customer service support. Key Highlights: 1. CERTIMET, a company specialized in calibration, metrology, and engineering services, is looking for an **Operations and Logistics Assistant** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedule and coordinate equipment pickups and deliveries. * Track the status of service and sales orders. * Coordinate with various departments to meet service and delivery deadlines. * Verify the issuance of shipping guides and related documentation. * Maintain up-to-date service tracking information. * Coordinate with customers regarding pickup, delivery, and acceptance of completed services. * Support the billing process and order closure. * Prepare operational tracking reports and indicators. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Strong organizational, tracking, and activity control skills. * Good communication skills and customer orientation. * Prior experience in operational coordination, logistics, or service management is desirable. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Responsibility and commitment. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously \-\-\> Work location: Lima *– San Luis (Back of Videna)* Compensation: S/ 1,600 to S/ 2,000 (depending on experience and evaluation).
