If you are motivated to lead operations, optimize resources, and make a direct impact on transportation efficiency and safety, this role is for you. **What will be your impact?** -------------------------- As the **Inland Execution Own Fleet Supervisor**, you will be responsible for ensuring the **operational readiness, availability, and efficiency of our owned fleet**, leading both asset management and field talent coordination. You will play a key role in driving a **safe, controlled, and optimized operation**, directly contributing to Maersk’s operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Oversee the end-to-end operation of the fleet (tractors, trailers, and associated equipment), ensuring availability and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure operational continuity. * Manage unit allocation according to operational requirements. * Monitor tracking and security systems (GPS, sensors, cameras, etc.). * Ensure proper documentation control for the fleet (SOAT, technical inspections, permits). * Supervise driver management: attendance, performance, leave planning, and regulatory compliance. * Lead and develop the **Master Drivers** team, promoting efficient and safe driving practices. * Monitor fuel consumption and identify optimization opportunities. * Administer expense reporting and ensure efficient resource utilization. * Manage inventories and control of logistics assets. * Collaborate with key departments including Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and Planning. **What are we looking for?** -------------------------- * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in similar roles (transportation operations, fleet, or logistics). * Knowledge of: Fleet maintenance management, fuel and expense reporting control, terrestrial transportation regulations (preferred). * Proficiency in tools: MS Office (advanced), Power BI (intermediate). **Key Competencies** ---------------------- * Leadership and influence * Analytical and strategic thinking * Results orientation and continuous improvement * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork * Problem solving * Autonomy and resilience **Why Maersk?** -------------------- * You will join a global leader in integrated logistics * You will have real opportunities for growth and development * You will work in a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive environment * You will directly impact the efficiency of critical operations * A culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement If you are ready to take on the challenge of optimizing transportation operations within a global company, we want to meet you!
