Job Summary: Provide support in the efficient management of reverse logistics, including pickup, verification, and registration of returned products, as well as coordination and tracking of claims. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of reverse logistics and returns. 2. Support in process improvement and smooth communication with customers. 3. Collaboration with transportation providers and claim tracking. **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide support for processes related to reverse logistics, ensuring efficient return management. Manage the pickup of products returned by customers, coordinating with relevant departments. Verify and record the physical condition of returned products. Input and update ERP system information related to returns. Coordinate with transportation providers for timely product pickup. Track claims related to returned or incorrect products. Prepare control and analytical reports on returns, failures, and frequent causes. Support the development of improvements in reverse logistics processes.
