It is currently seeking personnel for its production department."** **Location:** Cercado de Lima **Reference:** One block from UPN **Working Hours** **Days:** Monday to Saturday **Weekly rotating shifts:** Morning Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.; Afternoon Shift: 3:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.; Night Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:45 a.m. **✅ Requirements** * Age between 18 and 35 years. * Completed secondary education. * Experience or knowledge in operational tasks (preferred). * Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Responsibilities** * Package mass-consumption products in compliance with quality standards. * Perform assembly, folding, and conditioning of packaging and wrappers. * Verify correct labeling and product presentation. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Products Handled** * Panettone. * Chocolates. * Wrappers and packaging for fast-food chains. * Other mass-consumption products. **Benefits** Base salary: **S/ 1,130**; Meals covered; Quarterly performance bonus of **S/ 500**; Night shift allowance as per law; Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.
