Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, directing, and controlling cleaning services to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards, as well as training staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and direction of cleaning services at sites. 2. Training and development of personnel under supervision. 3. Control of Occupational Safety and Health standards. \- Responsible for cleaning services at assigned sites. \- Responsible for supervising, directing, and controlling services. \- Monitor and supervise site supervisors/coordinators and staff under direct supervision. \- Train and instruct staff to optimally perform their duties. \- Monitor staff attendance and overtime hours. \- Continuously supervise work performed by site managers/supervisors and operators, verifying safety and quality, and providing appropriate work techniques. \- Provide timely assistance to operational staff in case of workplace accidents, immediately reporting incidents to the Operations Manager. \- Ensure staff are properly stationed at their work locations; coordinate with Operations Management for replacement or replenishment of cleaning and safety equipment. \- Supervise work routines in coordination with each site’s supervisor/coordinator. \- Supervise, direct, and control services under supervision. \- Receive and store records of services rendered. \- Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health standards. \- Promote and lead safety meetings. \- Report accidents. \- Supervise and ensure that cleaning assistants thoroughly clean assigned areas. \- Request cleaning materials or supplies required for job execution according to current procedures. \- Distribute materials to supervisors/coordinators and monitor their proper use. \- Carry out preventive maintenance programs for cleaning equipment. \- Prepare reports on service condition and quality. \- Comply with and enforce provisions of our organization’s Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulation. \- Perform organizational, administrative, and disciplinary functions to maintain and ensure the quality and timeliness of information. \- Perform any other duties assigned.
