Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Assistant to ensure disinfection, continuous cleaning, and preventive maintenance of our training spaces, guaranteeing safe and comfortable environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure safe and comfortable environments for members. 2. Preventive maintenance and constant cleaning of facilities. 3. Continuous sanitization of equipment, training areas, and restrooms. **CLEANING / MAINTENANCE OPERATORS \- GYM (LINCE)** **About the Position:** At **XFLY Funcional Training**, we are looking for qualified personnel to fill the position of **Cleaning Assistant**. The primary mission of this role is to ensure disinfection, continuous cleaning, and preventive maintenance of our training spaces, guaranteeing safe and comfortable environments for our members. **Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience in cleaning and disinfection tasks (gyms, offices, condominiums, or commercial premises). * Essential values: Punctuality, proactivity, attention to detail, and service orientation. * Residence in Lince or neighboring districts (La Victoria, Cercado de Lima, San Borja, etc.). **Key Responsibilities:** * Continuous sanitization of exercise equipment, training areas, reception, and restrooms/changing rooms. * Maintenance and cleaning of the building facade, main entrance, and exterior areas of the facility. * Collection, removal, and segregation of waste from bins across all gym areas. * Maintaining general order of sports equipment and facility installations. **Available Shifts (Fixed Schedules):** * **Morning Shift:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. / Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * **Afternoon Shift:** Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. / Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Sundays and holidays, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * *Day off:* Rotating weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). **Terms and Benefits:** * Monthly salary: S/ 1,200\.00 soles. * Timely payments (biweekly and end-of-month). * Enrollment in MYPE payroll starting from the 4th month, with corresponding benefits. * Complimentary gym membership for training at our gym locations. * Immediate hiring and onboarding.
