Opportunity to join a professional team A well-established dental clinic in Ventanilla and Faucett (2 locations), with over 15 years of experience, an extensive client portfolio, and a high daily influx of new patients, is currently seeking DENTISTS — ethical and responsible professionals eager to become part of the ODONTOLIAN team. REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Dentist. · Licensed and registered dentist. . General Dentist · Specialists in Pediatric Dentistry, Rehabilitation, Aesthetics, or Orthodontics · Excellence in service delivery · Results-oriented mindset RESPONSIBILITIES: · Review appointment scheduling according to the clinical agenda. · Verify completeness of medical records to ensure patient information is available for scheduling appointments (e.g., anamnesis, dental questionnaire, odontogram). · Review radiographs presented by the patient during the medical consultation. · Accurately complete medical records and progress notes. · Evaluate the odontogram to identify teeth with caries, restorations in good or poor condition, or fixed appliances. · Clearly explain all required procedures to the patient, including extractions, fillings, malocclusion, etc. · Prepare and thoroughly explain the treatment estimate to patients. · Receive necessary materials to initiate the agreed-upon treatment plan with the patient, indicating whether radiographs are required. · Perform fillings, restorations, exodontia, dental cleanings, simple extractions, and conventional root canal treatments. · Deliver preventive treatments, including sealants and fluoride therapy. · Refer complex cases — such as malocclusion, root canals, or deteriorated crowns — to specialists, while coordinating and supporting comprehensive patient care. · Take periapical radiographs. · Educate patients on the importance of good oral hygiene and provide instructions on brushing techniques and flossing, offering personalized advice and recommendations for at-home dental care. · Request required work materials from the Lead Dental Assistant responsible for dispensing or procurement. · Other duties inherent to the position.
