Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Distribution Assistant to manage logistics processes, customer service, and transportation, ensuring efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages reception, tracking, and delivery of work to clients. 2. Supervises the entry and exit of materials, monitoring their condition. 3. Supports visual campaigns and general activities. Our client, an optical healthcare center, is looking for a **Logistics and Distribution Assistant** who meets the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or university studies in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of logistics processes (inventory, dispatch, document control). * Valid A1 driver's license and 2 years of experience driving manual vehicles **(mandatory).** * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. WORK CONDITIONS: * Market-competitive salary \+ extraordinary bonuses * On-site schedule: **Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexible hours required)** * Work location: Lince * Payroll: **REMYPE (only 15 days of vacation, family allowance, health insurance)** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answers calls, responds to inquiries, handles complaints, and provides quotations, ensuring timely and high-quality service. * Responsible for receiving, tracking, quality inspection, packaging, and delivering work to clients and companies. * Supervises the entry and exit of materials, monitors their condition, and ensures proper logistics organization. * Prepares the monthly invoice summary and provides logistical support for visual campaigns and general activities. * Performs errands and transportation using a manual vehicle, adhering to assigned routes and schedules.
