Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage the receipt, tracking, inspection, and delivery of assignments, as well as supervise materials and provide logistical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages reception, tracking, and delivery of assignments to clients. 2. Supervises the entry and exit of materials, ensuring logistical organization. 3. Performs errands and transfers in compliance with established routes and schedules. Our client, an optical healthcare center, is looking for a **Logistics Assistant \- Class A1 Driver's License**, meeting the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or university studies in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of logistics processes (inventory management, dispatch, document control). * Valid Class A1 driver's license and 2 years of experience driving manual transmission vehicles **(mandatory).** * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. WORKING CONDITIONS: * Market-competitive salary \+ extraordinary bonuses * On-site working hours: **Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexible schedule required)** * Work location: Lince * Payroll: **REMYPE (only 15 days of vacation, family allowance, health insurance)** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answer calls, respond to inquiries, handle complaints, and provide quotations, ensuring timely and high-quality service. * Responsible for receiving, tracking, quality inspection, packaging, and delivering assignments to clients and companies. * Supervise the entry and exit of materials, monitor their condition, and ensure proper logistical organization. * Prepare the monthly invoice consolidation report and provide logistical support for visual campaigns and general activities. * Perform errands and transfers using a manual transmission vehicle, complying with established routes and schedules.
