Job Summary: Montefiori Clinic is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform inspections, monitoring, and simple maintenance tasks on equipment and systems, ensuring operational functionality. Keep the work area clean and organized We are Montefiori Clinic, with over 41 years of experience providing comprehensive outpatient consultation, emergency, and inpatient services at high quality standards; therefore, we require highly qualified personnel to join our staff as 01 MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT. Requirements: - Technical education (preferably) in: Electricity, Masonry, Electronics, Mechanics, Air Conditioning - Operation of generator sets and elevators - Basic knowledge of fire protection systems, air conditioning, and mechanical equipment (water pumps and others) - Experience in hospitals or clinics (desirable) Responsibilities: Conduct basic inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues. Monitor machinery and equipment operation and report any anomalies or failures. Perform simple maintenance tasks such as filter replacement, component lubrication, and minor adjustments. Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure tools and materials are in good condition and appropriate for assigned tasks. Keep the work area clean and organized. Clean equipment and machinery after use. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and ensure one’s own safety and that of colleagues. Ensure necessary supplies are available and properly stored. Conduct basic tests to verify proper equipment functionality after adjustments.
