Focus on quality, registration, and final print finishing. We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Offset Press Operator with experience in operating and adjusting offset printing equipment. The candidate will be responsible for preparation, calibration, and supervision of the press, ensuring color quality, registration, and final finishing, while meeting production deadlines and established standards. Responsibilities: * Prepare, mount, and adjust plates, inks, rollers, and substrates for each production order. * Operate flatbed and rotary offset presses, ensuring registration, colorimetry, and stability during long runs. * Conduct print tests, adjustments, and calibrations to guarantee required quality. * Monitor proper machine operation during the process and anticipate potential failures. * Track materials, supplies, and production times according to work orders. * Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep the area clean and organized. * Comply with industrial safety standards and internal production regulations. Requirements: * Proven experience operating flatbed and rotary offset presses (minimum 1–2 years). * Knowledge of color, paper types, and the offset printing system. * Ability to work with precision, under pressure, and with a focus on quality. * Availability for rotating shifts or overtime as required by production demand.
