




Position Summary: We are seeking a Compensation Analyst for PROFONANPE, responsible for comprehensive payroll management, social benefits, taxes, and personnel administration, ensuring a fair working environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll and social benefits administration. 2. Collaboration in salary structure administration. 3. Support for innovative Human Resources processes. We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the PROFONANPE team. In this role, you will be responsible for: Entering new staff records and updating current staff information (e.g., payroll account numbers, CTS details, general data, etc.) into the payroll system. Calculating monthly payroll, social benefits, taxes, and employer contributions. Calculating annual social benefits payroll: bonuses and CTS. Calculating EPS health insurance credits. Managing staff termination processes (calculation, payment processing, and document delivery). Recording and monitoring staff attendance, permissions, absences, leaves, medical leave, subsidies, grants, and/or other personnel-related incidents in the payroll system. Recording, processing, and monitoring staff vacations, deductions, loans, and/or other income-related items in the payroll system. Maintaining detailed tracking and control of staff vacation time, requesting annual vacation scheduling from staff, and monitoring compliance via the annual vacation schedule. Validating employees' pension systems (ONP and AFP). Recording, processing, validating, and disbursing AFP NET and payroll taxes; submitting corresponding payment orders with supporting documentation to Accounting and Treasury. Recording, processing, validating, and disbursing PLAME payments; submitting corresponding payment orders with supporting documentation to Accounting and Treasury. Preparing accounting entries and submitting them to Accounting. Maintaining close coordination with IT and the payroll system vendor to report any issues or required adjustments. Distributing monthly payroll slips, bonuses, and CTS statements to staff and monitoring their signatures. Responding to staff inquiries regarding payroll calculations. Managing contract renewals: tracking, drafting contracts, obtaining signatures, and issuing alerts for expirations/renewals. Keeping personnel databases and documentation archives up to date for both new and current staff. Responding to information requests arising from internal and external audits, as well as donor-requested reviews, ensuring timely and reliable information delivery. Supporting the administration and updating of the organization’s salary structure, including salary bands and internal equity analysis. Providing support for developing current and new Human Resources processes. Maintaining continuous coordination with the Human Resources team and various institutional departments and management units to strengthen HR processes, gathering suggestions and proposing innovative solutions. Providing support across various Human Resources functions as required, and performing other duties assigned by management. Minimum requirements include a strong background in Administration or Human Resources, with demonstrable experience in compensation analysis. You must possess advanced analytical skills and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are also essential for this role.
