Position Summary: We are seeking a Compensation Analyst for PROFONANPE, responsible for the comprehensive management of payroll, benefits, taxes, and administrative HR processes, with an emphasis on accuracy and collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for: Entering new staff and updating current staff information (e.g., payroll account numbers, CTS details, general data, etc.) into the payroll system. Calculating monthly payroll, social benefits, taxes, and employer contributions. Calculating annual social benefits payroll: bonuses and CTS. Calculating EPS credit. Carrying out employee settlement processes (calculation, payment processing, and document delivery). Recording and controlling in the payroll system: attendance, leave requests, absences, licenses, medical leaves, subsidies, grants, and/or other personnel-related incidents. Recording, processing, and controlling in the payroll system: vacations, deductions, loans, and/or other personnel income items. Maintaining detailed control and tracking of staff vacations, requesting annual vacation scheduling from staff, and monitoring compliance via the annual vacation schedule. Validating employees’ pension systems (ONP and AFP). Recording, processing, validating, and disbursing AFP NET and payroll taxes; submitting corresponding payment orders and supporting documentation to Accounting and Treasury. Recording, processing, validating, and disbursing PLAME payments; submitting corresponding payment orders and supporting documentation to Accounting and Treasury. Preparing accounting entries and submitting them to Accounting. Maintaining close coordination with IT and the payroll system vendor to report any issues or required adjustments. Distributing monthly payroll slips, bonuses, and CTS statements to staff and monitoring their signatures. Responding to staff inquiries regarding payroll calculations. Managing contract renewals: tracking, drafting contracts, obtaining signatures, and issuing alerts for expirations/renewals. Keeping personnel databases and documentation archives updated for both new and current staff. Responding to information requests arising from internal and external audits, as well as reviews requested by donors, ensuring timely and reliable information delivery. Supporting the administration and updating of the organization’s salary structure, including salary bands and internal equity analysis. Supporting the development of current and new HR department processes. Maintaining continuous coordination with the HR team and various institutional management units and departments to strengthen HR processes, gathering suggestions and proposing innovative procedures. Providing support across various HR department processes as required, and fulfilling other duties assigned by management. Minimum requirements include a solid academic background in Administration or Human Resources, with demonstrable experience in compensation analysis. You must possess advanced analytical skills and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
