Job Summary: We are seeking Electrical Technicians and Operators to perform electromechanical work on Metro Line 2, supporting the supervisor and ensuring compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of electromechanical work on a key infrastructure project. 2. Collaboration within a team to ensure proper task execution. 3. Maintenance of order and safety in the work area. We are LICHTHAUSI! — an experienced company providing electrical installation and lighting services. Currently, we are delivering services for Lima/Callao Metro Line 2. We are seeking ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS and ELECTRICAL OPERATORS. REQUIREMENTS: \- Academic qualification: Completed secondary education. \- Minimum 1 year of experience as an electrical technician or technician-level worker on electrical construction projects; for operators, minimum 2 years. Work certificate of at least 6 months required for technicians and 1 year for operators. \- Availability to work: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM / Saturdays, 7 PM to 12 PM. \- Work location: Metro Line 2 (Callao). GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Support electromechanical work execution on site under the supervisor’s direction, complying with technical standards and project safety regulations. \- Perform conduit installation, cable laying, cable tray, support, and IMC conduit connections. \- Perform splicing, connections, and basic circuit labeling. \- Collaborate with operators to ensure correct execution of assigned work fronts. \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in their work area. \- Perform other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor. \- Comply with environmental, safety, occupational health, quality standards, as well as company policies, RIT, RISST, procedures, and other guidelines governing their activities.
