Proven experience \+ eagerness to continue learning. Competitive salary Responsibilities: Perform excavation, reinforcement assembly, formwork, and concrete pouring for foundations. Assist in constructing bases, pedestals, and concrete structures. Follow instructions from the foreman or site supervisor. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Adhere to the company's established safety and quality standards. Requirements: Completed secondary education or basic technical training in civil construction. Minimum 1 year of experience in civil works, preferably in foundations or electrical structures. Knowledge of handling construction tools and equipment. Availability to work on-site and travel as required. Availability to work on-site across various zones of Lima and on rotating shifts. No criminal or police records.
