




Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing and supervising export documentation, communicating with external entities, and ensuring timely delivery of documents to clients/brokers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage export documentation for finished products. 2. Negotiate letters of credit and bank collections. 3. Maintain contact with shipping lines for the issuance of bills of lading. RESPONSIBLE FOR ANALYZING AND SUPERVISING PROCESSES RELATED TO EXPORT DOCUMENTATION OF FINISHED PRODUCTS, MAINTAINING COMMUNICATION WITH EXTERNAL ENTITIES INVOLVED IN THE AFOREMENTIONED PROCESS, AND TRACKING THE ISSUANCE AND DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS TO CLIENTS/BROKERS. Specific Functions: 1. REQUEST CORRECT PRODUCT CERTIFICATION FROM RELEVANT ENTITIES AS STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT, BUYER'S INSTRUCTIONS, AND/OR LETTER OF CREDIT. 2. ENSURE THAT SHIPPING DOCUMENTS ARE RECEIVED BY BUYERS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF GOODS AT THE DESTINATION PORT. 3. CONDUCT NEGOTIATIONS ON LETTERS OF CREDIT AND BANK COLLECTIONS WITH LOCAL BANKS, AS WELL AS WITH CLIENTS AND BROKERS. 4.
