Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to support operational activities, material supply, basic quality control, housekeeping, and daily production recording, collaborating in a dynamic and committed environment. Responsibilities *Support operational activities of the production process. *Supply materials and supplies to production areas. *Verify that materials and products meet established specifications. *Assist in basic quality control during the production process. *Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. *Comply with occupational health and safety procedures. *Assist in monitoring and recording daily production. *Report incidents, malfunctions, or deviations to the production supervisor. *Collaborate in loading, unloading, and internal transfer of materials or products. *Assist in inventorying materials or finished products. *Comply with company procedures, instructions, and internal regulations. *Provide support in other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. · Requirements Education: Technical studies (in progress or completed) in production, operations, mechanics, logistics, or related fields preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles preferred (not mandatory depending on the position). Knowledge: Basic knowledge of production processes. Basic quality control skills. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (if applicable). Basic occupational health and safety knowledge. Skills and Competencies: Ability to follow instructions. Willingness to perform operational tasks and/or moderate physical effort. Availability to work rotating shifts (if required). Availability to work overtime as operationally required. Prior experience in production environments. Basic knowledge of industrial machinery. Ability to work in a team and adapt to change.
