Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Controller to ensure quality and food safety standards for meat products. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in quality functions within food industries 2. We are currently seeking (1) Quality Assurance Controller for the following location: Carmen de la Legua – Callao. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in quality functions within food industries (poultry, fisheries, or others). Availability to work in cold environments (refrigerated chambers) and in offices for report submission and form completion. Availability to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, and night shifts). Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date documentation related to BPM and POES. Perform verification controls for temperature, labeling, and packaging condition upon receipt of products from the plant. Monitor training for distribution, cold room, and stacking personnel on quality and food safety topics. Execute control and inspection of quality standards for fresh and frozen products.
