




Job Summary: We are seeking Operations Controllers to verify compliance with quality regulations, perform temperature controls and labeling, and maintain up-to-date documentation. We are currently recruiting (5) Operations Controllers / Weighers and Balancers for the following location: Carmen de la Legua - Callao. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in quality-related functions within food industries (poultry, fisheries or others). Availability to work in cold environments (refrigerated rooms) and office settings for report submission and form completion. Availability to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, and night shifts). Responsibilities: Verify operational staff’s compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at the Distribution Center (cold room, pallets, delivery operators, drivers, and administrative staff). Perform temperature controls, labeling, and packaging condition checks upon receipt of products from production plants. Maintain documentation, records, and controls updated in accordance with the HACCP and ISO 9001 systems. Verify correct implementation of the FIFO method for dispatching fresh and frozen products. Validate that received quantities match those indicated on delivery guides. Verify quantities per packaging unit (trays, boxes, bags, or others) and average weights per weighing. Record weights, quantities, and number of packages in established formats. Supervise adherence to loading sequence during route dispatches. Stamp delivery guides indicating returns.
