ERP system operation and stock analysis Warehouse Assistant _________________________ • On-site work • Location: Callao Requirements • Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehousing or logistics. • ERP system proficiency (NISIRA preferred). • Knowledge of inventory control, Kardex, and warehouse management. • Familiarity with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and industrial safety. • Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. Main Responsibilities • Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing materials, supplies, and equipment. • Coordinate material receipt and dispatch with logistics and production departments. • Conduct cyclic and general inventories, ensuring record consistency. • Record warehouse movements in the ERP system. • Manage supplier documentation (delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders). • Supervise and maintain an updated warehouse Kardex. • Report stock levels and generate inventory indicators (KPIs). • Analyze stock levels and propose actions for stockouts or overstock situations. • Supervise warehouse organization, cleanliness, labeling, and safety. • Optimize storage space and material flow. • Prepare management reports and summaries for the department. • Coordinate with Security Services for asset control. • Train staff on Good Storage Practices. • Participate in inventory audits at various locations.
