Participation in safety activities at a productive company We are looking for a **Safety, Occupational Health and Environment — SSOMA Assistant**, interested in professional development within a productive-sector company. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Completion of an SSOMA course, specialization, or program of at least 100 hours. * Basic knowledge of current Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Minimum 6 months of experience performing SSOMA-related functions; pre-professional or professional internships are acceptable. * Availability to work on-site at the plant. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with operational staff. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the execution of on-site safety inspections and record identified observations. * Organize, update, and control SSOMA department documentation. * Prepare incident reports, unsafe acts and conditions reports, observations, and corrective action reports. * Support safety inductions and safety talks for new personnel, workers, and visitors. * Coordinate and verify the delivery, maintenance, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Monitor compliance with internal safety rules, procedures, and measures. * Promptly report unsafe acts and conditions to the area supervisor. * Support housekeeping, cleanliness, risk prevention, and environmental care activities. * Participate in campaigns, trainings, and preventive activities organized by the SSOMA department.
