We are a company specialized in air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust, and refrigeration projects. We seek a professional with technical judgment, analytical ability, and willingness to develop across diverse HVAC projects. REQUIREMENTS \- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC project design or development. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. \- Knowledge of thermal load calculation, duct sizing, and HVAC equipment selection. Familiarity with software such as Elite, CHVAC, DuctSizer, HAP, or similar programs. \- Knowledge of Peru's National Building Code (RNE), Standard EM.030, and ASHRAE guidelines. \- Familiarity with split, packaged, VRF/VRV, mechanical ventilation, and exhaust systems. \- Basic knowledge of electricity. \- Availability to conduct technical site visits and occasional supervision. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES \- Prepare drawings, calculation reports, specifications, quantity take-offs, and budgets. \- Design air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems. \- Select HVAC equipment and components. \- Prepare budgets. \- Coordinate designs with architecture and other disciplines. \- Conduct technical surveys and provide support during construction execution. \- Perform technical site visits and on-site supervision.
