Collaborates cross-functionally with leaders and teams across diverse areas. ### **Credicorp Capital invites you to turn challenges into opportunities and become our next Senior Commercial Systems Analyst** At **Credicorp Capital Peru**, we seek a professional with strategic and analytical vision to drive the evolution of our commercial systems within the Wealth Management business. You will be challenged to design commercial tracking mechanisms, strengthen management governance, identify growth opportunities, and transform information into concrete actions that impact business results. ### **What will you do?** Design and optimize commercial management workflows and methodologies. Define and monitor commercial performance indicators. Manage commercial tracking and governance forums. Identify opportunities to increase revenue and capture balances. Develop analyses and insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial leaders, Growth teams, Planning, Data, and BI teams. ### **What are we looking for?** Professional degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in commercial strategy, commercial planning, sales management, consulting, or financial planning. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Power BI. Advanced English. Desirable knowledge of AI tools, automation, A/B testing, funnel design, and storytelling. ### **Key Competencies** Analytical and structured thinking. Problem-solving. Communication and influence.
