Below are the details: Who Are We Looking For? Technical and/or university studies—currently ongoing, incomplete, or completed. 6 months of experience in customer service channels via call center or in-person. Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. Availability to work on-site or hybrid (with wired internet connection). Work location: Lima Centro (near block 6 of Av. Arequipa) What Would Your Responsibilities Be? Provide students with support for correct use of their platforms. Monitor student connectivity and weekly course activities. Send reminders to students regarding weekly activities. Handle all student inquiries during scheduled working hours. Guide students through administrative procedures. Conduct orientation calls for new students enrolled in the upcoming academic term. Perform related or complementary duties as required by your immediate supervisor. What Would Your Working Hours Be? (Choose one) Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (On-site) – Day off on either Saturday or Sunday Monday to Sunday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (On-site) – Day off on either Saturday or Sunday Monday to Sunday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (On-site) – Day off on either Saturday or Sunday Monday to Sunday: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Hybrid) – Day off on either Saturday or Sunday Why Join UTP?
