REQUIREMENTS: Civil Engineer, registered and licensed. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in reading construction drawings. Proven experience across various civil engineering disciplines. Knowledge of calculation software. Willingness to travel to our locations. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate, advise, design, model, and calculate various structural systems. Coordinate with architects and suppliers for renovations. Review quantity take-offs and valuations, engineering drawings, and consistency with other drawings. Supervise civil works and review submitted progress schedules. Perform material calculations. Support planning of structural improvements within the institute. Personnel management. Required Skills: Demonstrable experience in construction project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and supervision. Strong ability to manage time and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Ability to lead teams and motivate staff, fostering a cooperative work environment.
