Job Summary: We are seeking an education professional with chess experience to join our teaching team, developing innovative learning experiences and coordinating with the Chess Director. What Are We Looking For in You? Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education or related fields. Required specialization: Chess. Minimum verifiable teaching experience of 1 year in schools. Knowledge and experience in chess. Management and organization of internal and external tournaments. Leadership ability and capacity to manage a teaching team. Proficiency in Office tools. Responsibility, organization, and effective communication. Availability to work: Monday: 7:25 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday to Friday: 9:45 a.m. to 7:20 p.m. Saturday: 8:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. · Key Challenges: Develop innovative and inclusive learning experiences aligned with the institutional curriculum and the spiral curriculum system. Support students’ academic and socioemotional progress, promoting critical thinking and active participation. Direct coordination with the Chess Director. Hiring and updating the teaching team. Class follow-up and monitoring. Coordination with other departments. Monitoring of internal and external tournaments. Communication with parents and students. Support in report management. Support for any requests made by the Chess Directorate. Coordination with site directors where chess classes are held. What Do We Offer You?
