Job Summary: We are seeking an Educational Advisor to guide applicants and prospects toward enrollment and registration, ensuring excellence in service. Key Highlights: 1. Providing personalized counseling to applicants to help them complete enrollment. 2. Converting prospects into enrolled students through various actions. 3. Focusing on achieving commercial objectives while delivering excellent service. The Scientific University of the South, part of the Educa_d Group, is currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Educational Advisor at our Aramburú Campus Responsibilities: - Provide personalized counseling to each applicant to facilitate their university enrollment. - Carry out necessary actions to convert prospects into enrolled students (e.g., phone calls, emails, text messages, in-person assistance, etc.). - Update data in the CRM system. - Coordinate student interviews with the Admissions Department as requested. - Support recruitment events to ensure successful sales closure. - Focus on achieving commercial objectives while guaranteeing excellent service. Requirements: - Graduates of technical programs. - Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Availability to work Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 8 PM (rotating shifts) and Saturdays: 9 AM to 5 PM (rotating shifts). - Willingness to work on-site at the Surquillo campus.
