You will drive the performance of a highly collaborative team composed of diverse and talented colleagues. Our **VAS** team is seeking a **Pre-Assembled Gas Technician** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to perform specialized technical service on CNG-LPG gas systems, including conversion, maintenance, and activation of multi-point and direct injection (DGI) systems, complying with technical protocols and regulations to ensure quality of vehicles serviced in the workshop. * Install CNG-LPG gas systems on gasoline vehicles equipped with multi-point and direct injection (GDI) systems, according to approved conversion kits. * Activate CNG-LPG systems for multi-point applications per technical equipment specifications and in compliance with current Peruvian regulations. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNG-LPG and gasoline systems, as specified in the work order and assigned maintenance package. * Conduct inspections per the established checklist within the maintenance package, identifying issues and proposing improvement plans for resolution and preventing vehicle re-entry. * Keep warranty managers informed—using established formats—regarding warranty and recall management, whether through the automotive channel or gas-related channels. * Configure gas systems based on current homologation using manufacturer-assigned software for multi-point and direct injection systems. * Upload evidence of inspections—including photos and videos where applicable—to technological tools (e.g., Clear Mechanic), ensuring technical accuracy and precision. * Meet position-specific KPIs and those assigned by your immediate supervisor. * Manage your assigned workspace, tools, and equipment in good condition to ensure durability and availability for other colleagues. * Actively participate in the company’s Occupational Health and Safety program, aligned with corporate policies, as well as in continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop to foster a safe working environment. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and ICS controls. **About You** To succeed in this role, you must have: * Completed technical training in automotive mechanics, electricity, electronics, or mechatronics. * 1–3 years’ experience in similar roles within the automotive and gas sectors. * Proficiency in automotive diagnostic equipment. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). * Basic proficiency in English.
