Fieldwork in equipment evaluation and homologation. **Job Objective** Evaluate, validate, and develop applications of new technologies and equipment added to the GC Corp portfolio, ensuring performance, reliability, adaptation to the Peruvian market, and technical-commercial support for launching new product lines. **Responsibilities:** **ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:** 20 % · Drafting protocols, reports, and comparative datasheets. · Managing technical library and homologation documentation. **FIELD RESPONSIBILITIES:** 50% · Technical evaluation of new equipment (assembly, commissioning, performance validation). · Operational testing: capacity, energy consumption, robustness, thermal recovery, ease of maintenance. · Equipment homologation for Peru (certifications, safety, materials, usage specifications). · Application development together with chefs, baristas, and technicians. **COMPLEMENTARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** 30% · Commercial support for launches, demonstrations, and training. · Training for technical service, sales teams, and customers. · Brand benchmarking and pre-launch failure analysis. **Education:** * Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical, Refrigeration, or Technical Gastronomy Engineering. * 3–5 years of experience with foodservice equipment, refrigeration, cooking, automation, or similar projects. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 certifications and Law 29783. * Foodservice experience preferred. **Skills:** * Technical: electricity, gas, refrigeration, blueprint reading, SAP, Office, basic CAD. * Languages: basic technical English (preferred). * Competencies: communication, negotiation, client coordination, leadership, personnel management, innovation, proactivity, and creativity. * Productivity orientation and ability to work under pressure. **Benefits:** \- Payments on the 15th and 30th of each month \- Birthday bonus \- 100% social benefits \- Career path \- Positive work environment **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturdays: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and ability to work in a team. * Discretion and responsible handling of confidential information.
