Position Summary: We are seeking a Professional Intern in Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and selection processes, from job posting publication through candidate follow-up. We are seeking a **PROFESSIONAL INTERN IN TALENT ACQUISITION**. **Associated Knowledge or Requirements:** * Recruitment and selection processes. * Basic competency-based interviewing techniques. * Experience using job boards (LinkedIn, Computrabajo, Bumeran, Indeed, or others). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or candidate tracking tools is desirable. **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in publishing job vacancies across various employment portals. * Conduct active sourcing (hunting) and identify candidates via diverse recruitment channels. * Perform resume screening and initial phone interviews according to the required profile. * Support the execution of competency-based interviews. * Contact candidates to confirm availability, salary expectations, and experience. * Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical leads or internal clients. * Continuously track selection processes, keeping candidates and stakeholders informed. * Record and update process information in the ATS and/or departmental database. * Prepare progress reports and recruitment metrics. * Support document management for onboarding new employees. * Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and talent attraction programs. * Provide support for continuous improvement projects related to selection processes. **Reasons You’ll Love Being a \#Minsaiter:** Payroll from Day 1 Professional career development and access to a training platform tailored to your needs and motivations.
