This is your opportunity to make an impact and rise above the possible. **Job posting end date:** 07/27/2026 **Location:** Lima \- Lurín Plant **Job Purpose:** Support external and internal customers with quotations and technical expertise related to pumping solutions; ensuring compliance with Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management System guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** Provide support to the sales team by delivering technical and application support for pumps. Prepare quotations for pumps, hoses, valves, hydrocyclones, and pump spare parts. Calculate pump costs and pricing. Perform pump and hydrocyclone sizing calculations. Provide support to external customers, agents, distributors, and EPC contractors under the coordination of the sales department. Support the Minerals Process Equipment (MPS) and Mining Systems (MS) teams with pumping solution expertise in large-scale projects. Serve as the primary contact person within an assigned geographical zone and act as backup for colleagues in other zones when required. Support the sales team in order placement and follow up on assigned quotations. Assist in collecting and preparing monthly progress reports. Occasional travel, both nationally and internationally. Develop and support internal processes and tools compliant with local requirements. **To succeed, you must meet the following requirements:** Bachelor's degree and/or professional qualification in Engineering and/or Business Administration. Minimum three (3) years of work experience performing functions similar to this position in quotation-related roles. Experience in customer service or in a support role for centrifugal pumps. Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power BI). Advanced written and spoken English language skills (mandatory).
