Opportunities for career growth within the company. **Store Manager – Miraflores** We are **Zero**, a Peruvian clothing brand that uses natural fibers. We seek a store manager with sales experience, a service-oriented mindset, and a desire to grow alongside our company. The store is located in central Miraflores and is a street-front commercial space. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist and advise customers throughout the purchasing process. * Achieve established sales targets. * Maintain the boutique clean, organized, and in optimal condition. * Efficiently monitor, organize, and replenish inventory. * Ensure proper display of garments. * Support inventory counts, goods receipt, and product control. * Promptly report stock shortages and restocking needs. * Uphold the store’s image and represent the brand appropriately. **Requirements** * Sales or customer service experience, preferably in clothing stores or boutiques. * Intermediate English proficiency to serve foreign customers. * Organized inventory and stock management skills. * Availability to work in Miraflores. * Proactive, responsible, organized, and committed individual. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Interest in joining a growth-oriented project. **We Offer** * Starting projected monthly salary from **S/1,800**. * Formal employment under the MYPE labor regime. * Overtime and holiday pay in accordance with applicable law. * Applicable statutory employee benefits. * Training on our products. * A positive work environment. * Opportunities for career growth within the company. **Work Location:** Miraflores, Lima **Work Mode:** On-site **Position Type:** Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
