




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and user assistance at an Educational Institution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform hardware and software maintenance and diagnostics. 2. Provide support and assistance to end users. 3. Handle equipment configuration and email account setup. A prestigious Educational Institution is currently seeking qualified personnel to fill the position of TECHNICAL SUPPORT. REQUIREMENTS: Technical degree in Systems, Computing, or Informatics. Certified experience. Availability to work on-site in the Cercado de Lima district. FUNCTIONS: Perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance on computer equipment. Provide support regarding proper use of computer equipment. Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions. Replace faulty components in equipment when necessary. Request missing parts based on the PC inventory. Configure user profiles and/or email accounts in Outlook. Assist end users. BENEFITS: Full payroll registration. All statutory benefits.
