CIRSA, a leading company in the entertainment sector, is seeking new talents like YOU to join our team as National Kitchen Manager. What is your main challenge? To oversee, organize, and lead kitchen production processes through role-based responsibility assignment and continuous staff motivation, aiming to achieve quality and on-time food delivery targets. What are we looking for in you? Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy. Minimum 2 years of experience as Kitchen Supervisor/Coordinator/Manager or Production Manager. Knowledge of HACCP and GMP. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. SAP knowledge is desirable. What will your day-to-day look like? Develop recipe books and technical sheets for the entire gastronomic offering. Design efficient menus tailored to each center, balancing quality and cost. Build, train, and lead efficient and committed work teams. Ensure and guarantee dish presentation according to their technical sheets. Prepare menus, special menus, and dishes aligned with the classification of regional production centers. Implement and maintain departmental standards, policies, and procedures in compliance with the Quality Management System, GMP, and HACCP. What do we offer you? Competitive market-aligned salary.
