Position Summary: We are seeking a Risk Prevention Assistant to provide documentary support, coordinate tasks, and supervise work activities, with a focus on occupational safety. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently recruiting for the position of Risk Prevention Assistant. REQUIREMENTS - Graduate of Industrial Engineering / Administration / Environmental Engineering or related engineering disciplines - Specialization in Law No. 29783 - Training in Occupational Safety and Health - Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (non-exclusive) - Minimum 6 months of experience in the field - Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency - Intermediate English proficiency (non-exclusive) - Basic AutoCAD skills RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide comprehensive documentary support for completing forms, checklists, and personnel access permits - Coordinate personnel tasks and access across various office locations where work will be performed - Actively coordinate and participate in supervision of scheduled work activities during assigned timeframes - Deliver training sessions, daily briefing talks, and onboarding inductions for new personnel - Prepare reports on unsafe conditions or behaviors observed during fieldwork - Provide ongoing support for the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) - Draft preliminary reports on incidents, accidents, or hazardous conditions - Organize and coordinate awareness, promotion, and motivation activities to foster internalization of risk prevention policies - Uphold Zero Incidents; participate in hazard identification and risk assessment at the workplace prior to initiating any activity - Collaborate in investigations of workplace incidents and accidents - Participate in collection and analysis of data related to occupational safety and health - Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for vendors providing services to this department - Comply with environmental regulations mandated by the company - Perform other related or complementary duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor Benefits - Competitive market-based salary - Opportunity to join a leading multinational with a positive work environment - Career development path - Corporate partnership benefits ** We are an inclusive company that respects diversity and does not discriminate in any form **. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree Years of Experience Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
