We offer both **part-time and full-time** arrangements with flexible weekday schedules (Monday to Friday), enabling students to combine work experience with academic studies. **Required Profile** * Students pursuing degrees in Marketing, **Commercial Management**, **International Business**, **Industrial Engineering**, **Economics**, or related disciplines. * Interest in developing expertise in field marketing and commercial strategies. * Strong communication skills and interpersonal adaptability. * Ability to identify commercial opportunities and potential customers. * Proactive attitude, results orientation, and willingness to work collaboratively. * Prior experience is not mandatory, as we provide continuous training. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute marketing activities and strategies. * Prospect potential customers. * Collect market data and customer behavior insights. * Strengthen commercial relationships and follow up with potential customers. * Represent the company’s corporate image during commercial activities. **What We Offer** * Monthly remuneration of **S/ 1,000 to S/ 1,130**. * Flexible working hours and ongoing support. * Continuous training in marketing and commercial development. * Internship agreement or pre-professional/professional practice certification. * Career path opportunity and internal growth. * Performance- and goal-achievement-based incentives and bonuses. * Formal payroll enrollment after 3 months.
