BAKERY ASSISTANT – AFTERNOON SHIFT

Job Summary: We are seeking a bakery assistant willing to support the preparation, production, baking, and decoration of bakery products while maintaining hygiene and order. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in the preparation and decoration of desserts and bakery products 2. Cleaning and organization of utensils, equipment, and work area 3. Compliance with food hygiene and safety protocols Main Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing and organizing ingredients for bakery product production. * Assist in basic preparation and decoration of desserts and bakery products. * Assist in baking, assembling, portioning, and dispatching products. * Clean and organize utensils, equipment, and work area. * Comply with food hygiene, handling, and safety protocols. * Support various operational activities within the bakery department. * Follow instructions from the bakery supervisor. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Studies in Gastronomy, Baking, Culinary Arts, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory. * Prior experience in bakeries, kitchens, restaurants, cafeterias, or food production is desirable. * Candidates with operational experience and willingness to learn will also be considered. * Responsibility, organization, punctuality, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to perform operational tasks within the gastronomy sector. Work Schedule and Location: * **Monday to Saturday:** 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. – T\-2\. * **Work Location:** Concessionaire company located in San Miguel.
