Job Summary: We are seeking Production Assistants to support the production process in areas such as foam, carpentry, assembly, and finishing, handling materials and supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards We are currently recruiting Production Assistants for a major industrial company (mattress manufacturing) located in Carmen de la Legua. Main Responsibilities: Support in the production process according to the assigned area. Handling of manufacturing materials and supplies. Operations in areas such as foam, carpentry, assembly, and finishing. Compliance with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor. Other duties related to the production process. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Experience is not required. Availability for rotating shifts and physical work (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.).
