Position Summary: Sodexo is seeking a Service Desk professional to coordinate and track maintenance activities, register service orders, and manage user requests. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate maintenance work with in-house staff, including general services maintenance technicians. Log user requests, control, and track them via the Synchroteam system. Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager for various on-site services at Alicorp facilities. Register service orders (SAP), material requisitions, reservations, Solped, web-based Sodexo system orders, and update FM charts for submission to the Contract Manager. REQUIREMENTS: Completed technical studies or incomplete university studies in Industrial Administration, Computer Science and Informatics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years coordinating maintenance services, handling user requests, and tracking technicians/provideers. Proficiency in SAP and Office. Ability to use and understand FM maintenance performance indicators. Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office 2. Basic-level SAP knowledge (mandatory).
