




Position Summary: Overall is seeking a Project SSOMA Manager for a client in the construction industry, responsible for managing and supervising safety, health, and environmental matters on construction sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead SSOMA management in construction projects. 2. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies. 3. Manage risks and conduct on-site training. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience as SSOMA Head, Coordinator, Engineer or Specialist on construction sites (certified). Experience in finishing works. Basic English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Availability to work in San Isidro. What will be my main responsibilities? Develop and implement the project’s SSOMA program. Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental policies and plans. Manage risks and supervise their control on site. Conduct inspections, training sessions and safety talks. Maintain up-to-date documentation of the management system. Coordinate SSOMA meetings and prepare the project dossier. What benefits will I receive? Employment under Overall’s payroll.
