Call management and tracking of sales opportunities **Commercial Advisor \- Call Center** We are looking for a proactive **Commercial Advisor** with excellent communication skills to join our telephone customer service team. The ideal candidate will have sales experience and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, working Monday through Friday. **Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote products and services. * Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions. * Track sales opportunities and close transactions. * Achieve established sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. **Requirements** * Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment. * Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving goals. * Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner. * Availability to work Monday through Friday. * Experience in public-facing roles is a plus. **Conditions** * Employment contract with fixed salary plus performance-based commissions. * Working schedule: Monday through Friday. Salary: Starting from S/.600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
