Objective: To provide comprehensive support in the Recruitment and Selection area, as well as manage critical logistics for deploying personnel to our diverse nationwide projects. Main Responsibilities: • Recruitment: Posting job openings, screening resumes, and supporting selection interviews. • Management and purchase of interprovincial transportation tickets, ensuring effective staff arrival at provincial projects. • Tracking personnel mobilization and maintaining detailed attendance records for each ongoing project. • General support in HR documentation processes. Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions (Mandatory). • Skills: Proficiency in Excel and digital management tools. • Competencies: Strong coordination ability, proactivity, and willingness to collaborate effectively under pressure. • Availability: Immediate.
