REQUIREMENTS: * Certified technician or graduate in Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and management of HVAC facilities. * Asset and facility management knowledge is desirable. * Availability for relocation between sites. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and monitor progress of scheduled maintenance activities. * Respond to and investigate HVAC system failures or malfunctions, implementing timely corrective actions. * Prepare technical reports and management reports for service supervision. * Manage work orders, tickets, requests, and resource requirements necessary for maintenance.
