




Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor with experience in food safety regulations to ensure compliance with standards and procedures in food service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Experience in BPM, SSOP, HACCP, and implementation of quality management systems 2. Responsible for supervising compliance with functions and procedures 3. Development and implementation of quality procedures and work instructions SEGCAL SAC is currently recruiting for the position of QUALITY SUPERVISOR for FOOD SERVICE. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree, Licentiate, or Engineer in Food Industries, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Bromatology, Nutrition, or related food-related fields. * Knowledge of BPM, SSOP, HACCP * Participation in BPM and PHS implementation * Compliance with the annual training plan and measurement of training effectiveness. * Monitoring employee compliance with functions and procedures * Supervision of BPM and PHS compliance * Handling customer complaints and issuing reports as required. * Development and implementation of quality system procedures and work instructions * Other duties as required by the position Work Frequency: Once per week, 8 hours per session. Salary: Starting from S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
