If you are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with the public, and wish to grow financially, this vacancy is for you! **What do we offer?** * Base salary. * Productivity bonus. * Excellent working environment. * Ongoing training on our products. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Benefits and profit sharing. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Provide personalized and professional consultation to customers regarding our products and trends. * Close sales, retain customers, and deliver high-quality customer service. * Handle cash and manage various payment methods (credit/debit cards, Yape, Plin, cash). * Assist with stock control, inventory management, and maintaining store organization and product display. **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service. * Strong communication, persuasion, and results-oriented skills. * Availability to work rotating store hours (Full Time \- On-site). * Residency in Surco or nearby areas (La Molina, Ate, Santa Anita, San Juan de Miraflores, Villa Maria). Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
